EDGE Empower® Pay Tool

The EDGE Empower® Pay Tool enables organizations to conduct gender pay gap assessments using regression analysis to assess potential risk associated with gender pay equity and identify effective remediation strategies.

The EDGE Empower® Pay Tool is an offline tool that organizations can run independently, without the need to share any data with EDGE. It utilizes the EDGE Unexplained Gender Pay Gap methodology to assess if there is equal pay for equivalent work between men and women, when accounting for objective factors such as level of responsibility, type of performed function, tenure, and other organization specific factors.

The tool also provides an outlier analysis which helps the organization to identify data points where remediations might be needed.

The EDGEplus version of the EDGE Empower® Pay Tool can also assess if there is equal pay for equivalent work between men and women of different ethnic backgrounds and origins or nationalities.
